We would like to welcome all of the Housing Choice Voucher participants and landlords that were previously assisted by the Sanford Housing Authority!

We would like to thank everyone for their patience as our office goes through transitioning almost 250 families to our agency from the Sanford Housing Authority.  We have worked diligently to catch up all back HAP payments to landlords and utility checks to participants. We now transition into updating files and catching up recertifications. Again, this is a process and therefore ask for everyone’s continued patience. Any questions please feel free to contact us.
